Micro-Container Smart Homes Powered by Daily Effort.
Once an unhoused member builds daily exercise and sobriety habits in Phase One (the alife.now mobile app), Phase Two transitions them into a private, ultra-robust Shipping-Container Micro-Home with a weatherproof Stationary Generator Bike bolted right outside their front door.
Pedal 30 minutes to complete your daily shift, log clean kilowatt-hours generated, and earn your $10 MCC Debit Card payout.
Pedal the second 30 minutes to unlock your container’s daily utilities: Hyper-Efficient LED Lighting, 10 Mins Hot Water, and 10 Mins Induction Cooking.
Inside the Phase Two Micro-Container Unit
Every unit is built from a heavy-gauge steel shipping-container chassis—fireproof, weather-sealed for Colorado winters, and outfitted with commercial-grade fixtures controlled by the occupant’s daily kinetic bike session.
1. Private Bed, Wet-Bath Shower & Toilet
Includes a heavy-duty antimicrobial sleeping berth, commercial stainless-steel marine toilet, and an instant point-of-use electric shower metered for 10 minutes of hot water unlocked by the daily pedal cycle.
2. Induction Cooktop & Prep Counter
Zero open flames or gas hazards. A recessed magnetic induction cooktop and steel prep counter allow residents to cook nutritious groceries bought with their MCC-restricted alife Debit Card—metered for 10 minutes of high-efficiency cooking per cycle.
3. Hyper-Efficient LED Interior & Exterior Lighting
Ultra-low-wattage 12V/24V DC circadian interior LED lighting plus motion-activated Outdoor LED Security Lighting illuminating the stationary bike and entryway all night on minimal battery draw.
4. Electronic PIN / QR Smart Door
Reinforced steel entry door with electronic deadbolt synced to the resident’s alife.now 4-digit PIN and daily sobriety/activity compliance status—eliminating lost physical keys and unauthorized subleasing.
5. Monitored Inside & Out (Safety & Overdose Prevention)
Tamper-resistant exterior security cameras and interior common-area safety monitoring protect the resident from theft or assault, prevent illicit drug/guest activity, and ensure rapid medical response.
6. High-Pitch Alarm Evacuation System
If smoke, tampering, unauthorized occupancy, or severe rule violations occur, the unit triggers an automated high-decibel, high-pitch acoustic evacuation alarm and unlocks the electronic door for immediate, non-confrontational clearing.
Why “Employee #001” Changes Everything
Handouts without structure often deepen isolation. When a resident steps outside their container door each morning, mounts the weatherproof stationary generator bike, and sees “EMPLOYEE #001 — THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE” on the polycarbonate-protected screen, their identity shifts from charity recipient to productive contributor.
From Street to Self-Reliance
Unhoused members prove daily consistency via 1-hr GPS walks, weekly sobriety checks, and MCC-locked debit cards. Top-performing members qualify for Phase Two housing.
Graduates receive a private monitored container unit (#001) where 60 minutes of daily pedaling funds their food card and powers their shower, stove, and lights.
